Position Summary:

As Trinity Glass International expands, we seek a Facility Maintenance Lead to manage the daily upkeep of the essential equipment required for operational efficiency. This role is distinct from the maintenance team engaged in other areas of our growth.

Supervisory Duties:

  • Oversee the daily activities and task organization of the maintenance team.
  • Ensure adequate maintenance coverage is in place each day.
  • Implement disciplinary measures when necessary, in line with company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, prioritize, assign, supervise, review, and engage in all tasks related to facility maintenance.
  • Develop and implement methods and schedules for effective facility maintenance.
  • Handle emergency situations or after-hours repair calls responsibly.
  • Contribute to the development of maintenance policies and standards for the organization.
  • Coordinate training sessions on facility maintenance, safety protocols, and methodologies.
  • Maintain preventive maintenance standards for all facilities and equipment.
  • Conduct routine inspections of various building elements, including fire alarms, security systems, and sprinkler systems.

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.

  • Capability to bend, kneel, and stoop.
  • Frequent use of hands and wrists, including fine manipulation.
  • Ability to lift up to 20 pounds independently.
