KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Oversee and coordinate the activities of the maintenance department to ensure high-quality service and efficient maintenance of manufacturing equipment and facilities.
  • Ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner, adhering to schedules using the CMMS system.
  • Facilitate scheduling with production and manage maintenance staff effectively.
  • Provide technical guidance and training to mechanics as necessary.
  • Assign and review CMMS work orders.
  • Maintain an inventory of maintenance parts and supplies through the CMMS system.
  • Supervise and coordinate external contractors and vendors to ensure work is completed satisfactorily as business needs dictate.
  • Adhere to and enforce REEB’s safety policies and procedures.
  • Ensure all work performed meets industry standards for quality and installation.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned or required by business needs.
Qualifications:
  • Education: High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED), with a minimum of 60 hours of industrial electrical training or seven years of industrial electro-mechanical experience.
  • Experience: 7+ years in a production maintenance environment, including at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
  • Specialized Knowledge: Ability to analyze and interpret common technical manuals and schematics (Electrical, Hydraulic, Pneumatic). Proficiency in using electrical testing equipment. Knowledge of industrial electricity, pneumatics, hydraulics, and their interaction with manufacturing equipment operations.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in using computers for routine office tasks.
