Position Overview

We are currently looking for a Medication Management Specialist to oversee medication protocols within our residential treatment facilities.

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Role Summary: The Medication Management Specialist will be tasked with overseeing medication administration and providing training at designated residential sites. Responsibilities may vary based on the specific location, role, and department.

Qualifications: A high school diploma or equivalent is required; an Associate's degree or medical assistant training is preferred. A minimum of two years of experience in medication management is essential, with at least one year of experience working with individuals with addictions or serious and persistent mental illness (SPMI) being highly desirable. A combination of education and experience that demonstrates the ability to fulfill the responsibilities of this role will be considered. Candidates should be capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a care team, possess proficiency in pre-authorizations, prescriptions, and medical terminology, and have a strong command of Microsoft Office applications.
