Client Admissions Coordinator

Columbia Community Mental Health is seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Client Admissions Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Business Center, you will be responsible for greeting and welcoming clients, providing exceptional customer service, and performing various admission and clerical duties.
Key Responsibilities- Provide warm and welcoming service to clients, ensuring a positive experience
- Manage client intake and admission processes, including data entry and record-keeping
- Perform various clerical duties, such as answering phones, responding to emails, and maintaining accurate records
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless client care and support
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge
- High School diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred
- General office and receptionist duties required; managed care/HIPAA regulations preferred
- Previous experience with OHP and insurance verifications preferred; office equipment and software skills required
- Training in public/consumer relations, medical records preferred
