Assistant Property Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and professional Assistant Property Manager to join our team at Guardian Management. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for assisting the Community Manager with the day-to-day operations of our properties, including administration of resident paperwork, property accounting, and reports. You will also support the Community Manager in enforcing Guardian Management policies and procedures, and ensuring compliance with Fair Housing and Landlord Tenant Laws.
Key Responsibilities- Assist the Community Manager with the administration of resident paperwork, including lease agreements, rent payments, and move-in/move-out procedures.
- Perform property accounting and reporting tasks, including reconciliations and financial analysis.
- Support the Community Manager in enforcing Guardian Management policies and procedures, and ensuring compliance with Fair Housing and Landlord Tenant Laws.
- Coordinate with other property staff and vendors to provide excellent customer service to residents and maintain a positive community environment.
- Assist with the completion of property maintenance and repairs, and ensure that all work is completed in a timely and professional manner.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum of one year of experience in multifamily property management.
- Strong customer service skills and ability to work effectively with residents, staff, and vendors.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, with ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to speak, read, and write in English.
