Overview

At St Helens Clinic campus, we're seeking a skilled and compassionate Clinic Services Specialist 2 to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the best possible patient experiences.

Responsibilities

As a Clinic Services Specialist 2, you'll be responsible for scheduling, insurance verification, registration, and balancing of copay money and daily or weekly deposits. You'll also serve as a resource for other staff, problem-solve independently, and mentor others.

Qualifications

We're looking for a candidate with a high school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of one year of healthcare experience or equivalent education in areas such as admitting, medical records, or clerical support. Familiarity with medical terminology and strong communication skills are also essential.

Working Conditions

This role requires the ability to lift, push, and pull up to 20 pounds, and may involve exposure to droplet and contact pathogens. N95 PAPR is required for all COVID-19 patients.
