Job Overview

The Financial Operations Coordinator will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of accounts receivable operations. This role involves ensuring accurate and timely billing, processing payments, and maintaining customer records. This position will work closely with the Billing, Order Processing, and Finance teams to ensure seamless financial operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage account balances to discover outstanding debts or other inconsistencies.
  • Collect all information needed to calculate bills receivable (order amounts, discount rates etc.).
  • Check data input in the accounting system to ensure accuracy of final bill.
  • Issue invoices and bills and send them to customers through various channels.
  • Receive payments through various methods and check for credibility.
  • Answer questions and handle complaints from customers regarding bills.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or other related field; or Associate Degree with proven and successful experience as a billing clerk.
  • Working knowledge of laws and confidentiality compliance related to accounting.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products, including Word and Excel.
  • Working knowledge of accounting software.
  • Excellent math abilities.
