Key Responsibilities:

  • Connect with donors, listen to their stories, and help them understand the impact of their donation.
  • Collaborate with your team to create a friendly and welcoming environment for donors.
  • Ensure that the blood collected meets regulatory requirements and can be safely transfused.

What You'll Need:

  • Associates degree or a combination of education and work experience.
  • Minimum of one year customer service experience in a public setting.
  • Current, valid driver's license with a good driving record may be required.
  • Physical requirements include lifting, pushing, or pulling heavy weights, good manual dexterity, and the ability to sit or stand for long periods.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior healthcare or phlebotomy experience.
  • Prior leadership experience.
