About Us

Jobsultant Solutions, a dynamic and growing organization, is seeking a highly skilled Executive Administrative Assistant to directly support our Vice President & Associate General Counsel, Corporate & Securities and Legal Operations in the Legal Department. This exciting opportunity brings with it a range of challenges and rewards for the right candidate.

The ideal candidate will possess superior judgment and problem-solving skills, with an aptitude for prioritization and managing complicated calendaring tasks with diplomacy and discretion. A high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information, and professionalism in dealing with senior professionals inside and outside the company, is key.

This role requires attention to detail, efficient organizational skills, and a willingness to pitch in to get things done. The successful candidate will be able to complete complex tasks and projects quickly with minimal guidance, react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround, and take effective action without having to know the total picture.

We offer a competitive salary of $65,000 per annum, reflecting the importance we place on finding the right person for this role. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, building effective working relationships inside and outside of the group.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the calendar and schedule of the Vice President & Associate General Counsel
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and expense reports
  • Prepare meeting agendas and minutes
  • Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry and document management

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
