Dental Patient Coordinator Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Dental Patient Coordinator to join our team at The Smilist Dental. As a key member of our front office staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and administrative support to our dental team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer and direct phone calls, manage patient records, and maintain accurate and up-to-date patient information
  • Verify patient insurance and collect payments in a timely and professional manner
  • Communicate patient arrival and manage administrative tasks to ensure office success
  • Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a positive demeanor with patients and dental office team members
Requirements:
  • Prior dental experience preferred, with knowledge of dentistry and dental procedures
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
  • Highly flexible and reliable, with a strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
