Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for selling select products in a geographical territory and/or assigned accounts. You will work closely with our customers to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sell select products to customers in a geographical territory and/or assigned accounts.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions that meet their requirements.
- Work closely with our sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to pursue them.
- Participate in corporate and local campaigns to promote our products and services.
- Make sales calls to qualify prospects in person and over the telephone, generate leads, and track and follow-up on leads and inquiries.
- Participate in training activities locally, in the field, and occasionally at our corporate headquarters.
- Collaborate with various departments within the branch to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree in business management, marketing, entrepreneurship, professional selling, or related business program is a plus.
- Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities, strong sense of responsibility and self-motivation, and ability to work in a team environment.
- Intermediate computer skills including a working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver's license, good driving record, and the ability to safely operate lift trucks for product demos.
Work Authorization:
Crown will only employ those who are legally authorized to work in the United States. This is not a position for which sponsorship will be provided. Individuals with temporary visas or who need sponsorship for work authorization now or in the future, are not eligible for hire.
