- Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Experience: Previous customer service experience is essential.
- Customer Interaction: Engage with clients through various channels, including phone, email, and online chat, to provide comprehensive support.
- Issue Resolution: Manage customer questions and complaints, escalating complex issues to the appropriate specialists when necessary.
- Account Management: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions.
- Administrative Support: Handle outbound calls, manage callback requests, and assist with scheduling appointments across multiple offices.
- Documentation: Send and process necessary documentation related to referrals, authorizations, and patient inquiries.
- Additional Duties: Perform other related tasks as assigned to support the overall operations of the institute.
