Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated BILINGUAL Customer Support Specialist. This role is ideal for individuals who are eager to grow and gain insights into the insurance sector.

As a full-time member of our team, you will deliver outstanding customer service to our clientele. To effectively assist our Spanish-speaking customers, candidates must be BILINGUAL.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver BILINGUAL customer support and address inquiries by providing solutions, clarifications, and options.

• Offer comprehensive information regarding products or services, process orders, manage account cancellations, and gather details on complaints.

• Ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining a friendly and approachable demeanor.

• Identify and prioritize issues related to service delivery.

• Maintain regular communication with customers to provide updates on the status of their inquiries or service requests.

• Confirm that necessary adjustments are made to resolve customer concerns.

• Direct unresolved issues to the appropriate departments for further resolution.

• Handle applications, cancellations, adjustments, requests, fees, invoices, and related documentation.

• Keep detailed records of customer interactions, including inquiries, complaints, and actions taken.
