Overview: The Patient Service Representative acts as a vital link between our healthcare providers and the patients we serve. This role is essential in ensuring effective communication and coordination of services that cater to the healthcare needs of our community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary contact for patients, facilitating information exchange between patients and healthcare providers.
  • Coordinate ancillary services to support patient care effectively.

Qualifications:

  • A high school diploma or GED is mandatory; an Associate degree is preferred.
  • At least one year of relevant experience is advantageous.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills are essential.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities are required.
  • Proficiency in computer and telephone operations is necessary.
