Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to become a vital part of our Support Services team. This is a full-time position, offering 32 hours per week, and is eligible for benefits. The starting pay for this role is $18.25 per hour.

Role Responsibilities:

The Customer Service Representative will engage with customers in either Food or Facilities operations. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing customer service inquiries through various communication channels, including face-to-face, email, and telephone.
  • Providing immediate assistance to customers as needed.
  • Documenting and tracking customer interactions for management review.
  • Identifying recurring issues and collaborating with team members to enhance service quality.
  • Responding to email inquiries and managing written communications as necessary.
  • Adhering to all Central Maine Healthcare policies and procedures, including those related to safety and risk management.

Qualifications:

Preferred candidates will possess a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
