We are looking for a meticulous Healthcare Staff Coordination Specialist to enhance our medical team operations. This position entails overseeing meetings, upholding policies, assisting with quality evaluations, and ensuring adherence to regulatory standards. The Specialist will also streamline communication across various departments and engage with senior management and regulatory bodies. Key responsibilities include supporting the Vice President of Medical Affairs, organizing schedules, managing invoices, and coordinating events for the medical personnel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Uphold the mission and values of Covenant Health
  • Facilitate and document meetings for the Medical Staff Committee
  • Coordinate communications for medical staff leaders
  • Manage schedules and screen calls for executive team members
  • Process invoices and oversee supply management
  • Assist with provider grievances and credentialing procedures
  • Collaborate with internal departments and external organizations
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to professional ethics

Qualifications:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Interpersonal effectiveness

Education and Experience:

  • High School diploma or GED is required; a degree is preferred
  • 1-3 years of experience in a medical staffing environment
