Data Center Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Center Project Manager to join our team at Salute. As a Data Center Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing strategic account project orders from start to finish, ensuring timely and budget-friendly completion.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct pre-project meetings with client's local POC to establish project goals
- Plan and coordinate travel and access to the site
- Confirm daily THAs are being conducted by the Team Lead prior to beginning work each day
- Complete project controls sheet on a weekly basis to ensure budgets are met
- Submit weekly reports to supervisor
- Deliver post-project reports to client's POC at conclusion of projects
- Review and approve timecards and employee expenses each week
- Involved with new hire onboarding from Talent Acquisition requests, through candidate interviews, to standardized new hire onboarding process
- Engage with new hires in OTJ training until competency is met
- 100% completion of required Talent LMS based training courses as assigned
- 100% adherence to Salute Mission Critical safety standards and best practices
- 100% adherence to client security/privacy practices and expectations
- Project team lead or management experience to achieve improved results, measured through increased customer satisfaction and increased project profitability
- Understanding of subcontractor management, project financials, and risk mitigation
- Technical understanding and communication to peers/management and client POCs
- Experience coordinating and developing sequence of operations and like documents as required to support execution team
- Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment, up to 40lbs
- Ability to climb ladders and multiple flights of stairs to access elevated equipment
- Ability to stand for long periods of time in various work environments
- Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, and reach for equipment related tasks
- Basic physical fitness to respond quickly to emergency situations and navigate areas quickly
- Ability to move quickly and efficiently within various work environments to troubleshoot issues or respond to emergencies
- Good hand-eye coordination and dexterity for working with small components and connectors
- Clear vision, with or without correction, to perform tasks requiring attention to detail and precision while wearing safety glasses
- Ability to differentiate between color-coded warning signs, labels, and cables
- Ability to work in environments with a wide variety of temperature inside a facility
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions, including extreme temperatures, rain, or snow
- Capability to work in environments with elevated noise levels while wearing hearing protection
- Possession of a valid driver's license for work-related travel, as required
