Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and process various types of documents and route them to the correct areas.
  • Process mail and update member information, addresses, and other relevant details.
  • Meet established quality and productivity goals on a consistent basis.
  • Follow work instructions for additional tasks as needed.
Requirements
  • Basic skills in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Outlook.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
