  • Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience

About the Team:

The Cardiology department is committed to delivering exceptional patient care and support throughout their journey. As a Nurse Navigator, you will collaborate with healthcare providers, patients, and families to ensure clear understanding of treatment options and plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Patient Navigation: Coordinate patient care from diagnosis to treatment and follow-up
  • Communication: Collaborate with healthcare providers, patients, and families to ensure clear understanding of treatment options and plans
  • Clinical Expertise: Provide evidence-based education and guidance on heart health and disease management

Requirements:

  • License: Current RN licensure in South Dakota
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience as an RN, preferably in cardiology or a related specialty
