Key Responsibilities

  • Recruit, develop, and manage a team of administrative staff
  • Deliver exceptional customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving
  • Manage dispatchers and ensure company systems and procedures are followed
  • Monitor and control labor and material costs
  • Support the development of technicians and ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide high-quality service

Requirements

  • 5 years of field technical experience in HVAC or equivalent business experience
  • Proven track record of success in a leadership role
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral
  • Ability to build rapport with clients and provide exceptional customer service
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and meet deadlines
