OBJECTIVE

To drive tire sales and service within the commercial and retail sectors equipped for commercial operations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Engage in sales of commercial, truck, and OTR products/services, including retreading options.
  • Ensure exceptional customer service by conducting fleet assessments, tire evaluations, mileage tracking, and generating necessary customer reports.
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries or issues promptly.
  • Adhere to pricing strategies that yield satisfactory profit margins.
  • Achieve sales targets and objectives established by management.
  • Maintain a tidy vehicle to project a professional corporate image.
  • Exhibit proper telephone etiquette.
  • Prospect and acquire new client accounts.
  • Regularly update Purcell's sales management system with relevant information.
  • Safeguard company assets, including inventory, cash, receivables, equipment, and property.
  • Uphold Purcell's commitment to safety and execute all tasks in a secure manner.
  • Demonstrate consistent attendance as per the assigned schedule.
  • Meet the physical demands outlined in the job description.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, LICENSES & CERTIFICATIONS REQUIRED
  • Minimum Education: High School Diploma.
  • Relevant Job Experience: 3-5 years in a related field.
  • Management Experience: Not applicable.
  • Driver's License: Required.
  • Additional Certifications: Tire Industry Association CTS certification, vendor-specific training, MSHA certification.
