Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Fire Protection Sales professional to join our team. As a Fire Protection Sales Representative, you will be responsible for selling new system designs, installations, and commissioning, as well as system modifications and upgrades to commercial, industrial, hospitality, and healthcare industries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish contact with prospective and qualified potential buyers by scheduling sales calls and following up on leads.
  • Determine customer needs by conducting site surveys and communicate effectively to educate the customer about our capabilities.
  • Develop and maintain an active proposal backlog to support the established sales plan.
  • Develop and maintain new and existing customer relationships to ensure we meet or exceed their expectations of a long-term partner.
  • Support other WSFP Teams in their initiatives as they relate to your territory.
  • Meet the key objectives of the annual commission plan.
Requirements:
  • Three to five years' experience in the fire protection industry.
  • Viable local and distance relationships with General Contractors.
  • Strong prospecting skills.
  • Proven ability to close.
  • Excellent communication and inter-personal skills.
  • Willing to pass a post-offer drug test, background, and reference check.
