We are seeking an ambitious, operationally-focused, and results-driven regional healthcare leader to join us as our new Director of Clinic Support Services. In this role, you will provide oversight of patient experience operations, including managing, guiding, and developing a team of Regional Front Desk Coordinators and Call Center employees. You will work with key stakeholders to develop and execute front office operational strategies to optimize processes and workflows to drive high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead clinic administrative operations for 40 locations, ensuring consistent execution of Metro's Core Values and SOPs.
  • Manage, coach, and develop front desk and call center staff.
  • Create strategic operational workflows to improve efficiency for front office processes through people, process, and technology optimization to drive growth and improve operational effectiveness.
  • Manage multiple projects and drive alignment and collaboration across multiple verticals.
  • Work closely with Regional Front Desk Managers, Regional Directors, and Clinic Directors to achieve set metrics and best practice KPIs.
  • Partner with Aide Managers to ensure efficient support in the clinics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive strategic initiatives to align on goals with organizational transformation.
  • Monitor each assigned region's performance metrics and formulate a plan of action for improvement as necessary to achieve industry best practice.
  • Responsible for creating organizational best practices.
  • Utilize reporting, dashboards, and analytical tools to provide data-driven measures for progress.
  • Foster a positive and engaged work environment, driving productivity and retention.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of supervisory experience in a healthcare/outpatient setting.
  • Proven dedication and experience in a multi-site healthcare setting.
  • Passion for leadership, mentoring others, and fostering success.

  • Familiarity with Raintree and/or Theraoffice EMR.
  • Ability to travel 50-60% (mostly local, some regional). Must possess a clean, valid NYS driver's license and reliable mode of transportation.
