We're seeking dynamic individuals to join our team as Outside Sales Representatives or Community Marketing Executives (CME). As a CME, you'll work as an independent contractor, enjoying unlimited income potential and a flexible schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential clients through various sources, including cold calls, emails, networking, and door-pulling.
  • Sell consultative advertising solutions, including Direct Mail, Digital Marketing, and Online Media programs, to local businesses.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with local businesses, staying in touch with customers and recommending new products and services.
  • Stay informed about local trends and competition.
  • Maintain accurate sales activity records and collaborate with your team leader.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in selling to small businesses or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of outside sales or phone sales experience is preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to function well in fast-paced environments.
  • Computer literacy and proficiency in video conferencing, email, and CRM software.
  • Valid Driver's License, Motor Vehicle Insurance, and passing Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) and Background check.
