Office Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Office Administrator to support our client's team in their Kalamazoo office. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in maintaining the office's smooth operation and creating a welcoming environment for our staff and clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily office operations, ensuring a seamless and efficient work environment.
  • Manage financial records and assist with basic accounting tasks, providing accurate and timely support to our team.
  • Plan and coordinate company events, meetings, and other functions, showcasing your attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ensure the office remains organized, neat, and tidy at all times, maintaining a professional atmosphere.
  • Manage office supplies and inventory, ordering as necessary to maintain a well-stocked and efficient workspace.
  • Serve as a point of contact for internal staff and external vendors, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Handle various administrative tasks, such as filing, scheduling, and correspondence, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
  • Support ad hoc projects as necessary, demonstrating your flexibility and adaptability.
Ideal Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in office administration or management, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with financial record keeping and event planning, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering high-quality results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and vendors.
  • Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to anticipate office needs and take initiative to address them.
