El departamento de Operaciones de CPA de SVA gestiona portafolios de proyectos y todos los servicios administrativos que apoyan a la firma de CPA.

La responsabilidad principal del Coordinador Administrativo es ayudar en el proceso general de flujo de trabajo del servicio asignado o grupo de industria de SVA CPA. Este puesto utiliza habilidades clásicas, técnicas y de atención al cliente para apoyar a clientes internos y externos.

Las responsabilidades importantes y deberes pueden incluir, pero no limitarse a las siguientes:

Administración de coordinación (70%):

  • Proporcionar apoyo administrativo para un servicio asignado o grupo de industria incluyendo principales (Principal(s)).
  • Participar activamente en el sistema de Gestión de Relaciones de Clientes (CRM) incluyendo apoyo al cliente, registro de datos, monitoreo y informes sobre oportunidades y comunicaciones de prospectos/clientes.
  • Crear y seguir el proceso de acuerdos de contratación/contratos finales para nuevos y existentes clientes.
  • Preparar hojas de cálculo personalizadas.
  • Preparar y organizar materiales de reuniones incluyendo agendas, folletos, etc.
  • Proporcionar respaldo de apoyo a pares Coordinadores Administrativos.
  • Coordinar procesamiento en lote y necesidades de apoyo con la encargada de procesamiento.
  • Preparar y distribuir informes a clientes internos.
  • Monitorear colas de flujo de trabajo del Coordinador Administrativo y procesar según se asigne.

Certificación de calidad (20%):

  • Organizar y priorizar el flujo de trabajo para cumplir fechas límite de entregables.
  • Cumplir procedimientos relacionados con correspondencia, documentos y registro de datos.
  • Participar en reuniones y recomendar mejoras de proceso al líder del equipo.
  • Mantener conocimiento y cumplimiento con políticas, estándares y procedimientos de la empresa.
  • Mantener habilidades profesionales mediante oportunidades de desarrollo profesional y capacitación, comprensión de automatización/técnica y habilidades clásicas y de comunicación profesionales.

Optimización administrativa (10%):

  • Participar activamente en reuniones del equipo.
  • Resolver problemas e escalated bloqueos o problemas adecuadamente al Líder/Director de Operaciones.
  • Participar en mejora continua alineada con la misión, visión, valores, fundamentos, estrategias y objetivos de SVA.
  • Participar en el desarrollo individual, del servicio asignado/grupo de industria y equipo de Servicios Administrativos.
  • Apoyar al equipo administrativo en completar proyectos y manejar carga de trabajo.
  • Participar en áreas de especialidad en proyectos asignados o mejora de proceso.
  • Todas las otras tareas designadas.

Cualificaciones:

  • Educación: Título de bachillerato o equivalente.
  • Experiencia: Un mínimo de tres años de experiencia en servicios administrativos en un entorno de servicios profesionales se prefiere.
  • Conocimiento especializado: Proficiente en tecnología de servicios profesionales/aplicaciones y procesos comerciales.
  • Competencia demostrada en Microsoft Windows-based software applications, incluyendo Word, Excel y PowerPoint requerido.
  • Habilidades verbales y escritas fuertes.
  • Capacidad de priorizar trabajo y adaptarse rápidamente a cambios.
  • Capacidad de trabajar bajo presión y cumplir plazos ajustados.
  • Demostrar nuestros valores centrales de Servir Mejor a las personas, así como nuestros 31 Fundamentos de ADN de SVA.
  • Capacidad de trabajar durante horas laborales normales de oficina de 8:00 a.m. a 5:00 p.m., de lunes a viernes.
  • Licencia de conducir válida sin restricciones.
  • Trabajo normalmente realizado en un ambiente interior/oficina típico.
  • Se requiere sentarse por largos períodos de tiempo.
  • Algunas flexibilidad y estiramiento son requeridos.
  • Manual dexteridad requerida para el uso de teclado de computadora.
