Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is between $110,000 and $140,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 12 weeks of paid parental leave, and a generous PTO package.

Job Description

The Senior Engagement Manager for Healthcare Partnerships will be responsible for cultivating positive relationships with local healthcare providers, brokers, and community organizations. This includes assessing market trends, developing strategic partnerships, and implementing effective outreach programs to drive business growth and new patient acquisition. The ideal candidate will have 5-7 years of experience in community/provider relationship development, preferably in a healthcare setting, and a proven track record of building trust-based relationships with key stakeholders.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a strategic plan to engage local healthcare providers and brokers in our mission
  • BUILD AND NURTURE RELATIONSHIPS WITH KEY STAKEHOLDERS TO DRIVE BUSINESS GROWTH AND NEW PATIENT ACQUISITION
  • Assess market trends and develop targeted strategies to stay ahead of the competition
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement effective outreach programs and events
  • Monitor and report on program outcomes and make data-driven decisions to optimize results
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • 5-7 years of progressively responsible leadership experience in community/provider relationship development, preferably in a healthcare setting
  • Strategic thinking and strong relationship-development, organizational, and analytical skills
  • Expertise in the local healthcare market, with specific knowledge of the value-based Medicare Advantage space and the needs of people 65+
  • Ability to effectively plan, organize, and execute local lead-generation events
  • Excellent presentation and influence skills to help engage a variety of stakeholders in learning more about Patina Health
