Strategic Business Partnerships Manager

We are seeking a highly ambitious and self-motivated Strategic Business Partnerships Manager to join our dynamic team at Upward Health. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a critical role in developing and executing strategic partnerships that drive growth and success for our organization.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in business development, partnership management, and data-driven decision making. You will be responsible for leading the creation of client presentation materials, overseeing external and internal reporting, preparing colleagues for external meetings, creating analyses for executive leadership, serving as a subject matter expert for data and reporting, and collaborating with Technology colleagues to translate business requirements into enhanced automated processes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Client Presentation Development: Create compelling client presentations using data to tell a story and drive business outcomes.
- Oversee External and Internal Reporting: Develop weekly and monthly reports to gauge current performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Prepare Colleagues for External Meetings: Ensure a strong understanding of highlights and challenges based on recent data.
- Create Analyses for Executive Leadership: Present analyses to executive leadership highlighting partnership opportunities for prospective clients.
- Serve as Subject Matter Expert: Communicate insights and implications of data to leaders across the company.
- Complete Ad-Hoc Analyses: Assist colleagues in extracting data and creating similar analyses.
- Collaborate with Technology Team: Translate business requirements into enhanced automated processes.
Requirements:

- Data-Driven Decision Maker: Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to communicate complex ideas simply and effectively.
- Strong Technology Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint, and various clinical applications.
We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience, and a comprehensive benefits package.
