About the Role

\

Mental Health Partnerships is seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Director to join our leadership team. As a key member of our executive team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive HR strategies that support our mission to empower individuals with mental health challenges.

\

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of senior-level Human Resources Management experience and a strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations. You will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions, including recruitment, talent management, employee relations, compliance, and organizational development.

\

We offer a competitive annual salary range of $115,000 - $125,000, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including generous Paid Time Off, Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance, and Supervision hours towards clinical licenses available.

Mental Health Partnerships seeks to empower individuals with mental health challenges to live full and satisfying lives, based on their specific needs and choices. We offer over 40 services throughout the Greater Philadelphia region and beyond, including Bucks, Chester, Delaware, Montgomery, and Philadelphia counties in Pennsylvania.

Requirements

  • \
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred, SHRM-CP preferred.\
  • 10+ years of senior-level Human Resources Management and supervisory experience required.\
  • Active affiliation with appropriate HR networks and organizations.\
  • Experience in the nonprofit sector, particularly in mental health or social services, is highly desirable.\
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.\
  • Proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies that support organizational goals.\
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong ability to build relationships at all levels.\
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.\
  • Commitment to integrity, diversity, equity, and inclusion principles.\
  • Evidence of the practice of a high level of confidentiality.\
  • Effective project and process management skills as demonstrated from past work experience.\
  • Must possess basic computer skills to perform job duties including desktop computing, e-mail, time sheet management, reporting, internet research, etc. using relevant software such as HRIS and Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.\
