Salary: $68,000 - $75,000 commensurate with experience

We are seeking an experienced Event Partnerships and Fundraising Manager to join our team at Metropolitan Area Neighborhood Nutrition Alliance (MANNA). This dynamic role will oversee and manage all aspects of our fundraising and donor events, as well as develop partnerships that engage corporations and their employees in our programs, events, and volunteer experiences.

We empower individuals to improve their health and quality of life through medically tailored meals and nutrition education.

Job Summary:

The Event Partnerships and Fundraising Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing all aspects of MANNA's fundraising and donor events, including budgeting, logistics, marketing, and day-of event execution. Additionally, this role will focus on developing and maintaining corporate partnerships that align with our mission and goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute comprehensive corporate partnership plans and programs, including event sponsorship opportunities, customized volunteer experiences, and strategic outreach and solicitation efforts.Plan, coordinate, and execute all aspects of MANNA's fundraising and donor events, including budgeting, logistics, marketing, and day-of event execution.Build and maintain relationships with current and potential corporate sponsors, ensuring strong communication and stewardship throughout the partnership process.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Development, Communications, and Volunteer departments, to ensure alignment and effectiveness in achieving organizational goals.Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to inform strategic decisions and drive innovation in event partnerships and fundraising strategies.

Requirements and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent level of experience in a related field, such as event management, fundraising, or marketing.
  • Proven track record of success in event planning, execution, and management, as well as corporate partnership development and management.
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, including donors, sponsors, volunteers, and staff.
  • Strong budgeting, financial management, and analytical skills, with the ability to create and manage budgets, track expenses, and measure event ROI.
  • Experience with CRM software, such as Salesforce, and other relevant tools, such as email marketing platforms and social media management systems.
  • A valid driver's license and willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.

Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $68,000 - $75,000, commensurate with experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health, vision, and dental insurance, 401(k) plan with match, paid time off, and professional development opportunities.
