In this pivotal role, you will manage construction endeavors valued between $500,000 and $50 million, ensuring projects are completed on schedule and within budget. Collaborating closely with superintendents, you will oversee every facet of the project to guarantee smooth operations and successful results. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead all projects while maintaining professionalism, courtesy, and respect towards all stakeholders.
  • Establish direction, align resources, and execute projects to a high standard.
  • Engage with clients to evaluate project scope and necessary resources for successful completion.
  • Supervise the entire construction process to ensure adherence to safety, quality, design, budget, and schedule.
  • Interface directly with client representatives, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
  • Create and manage comprehensive project schedules.
  • Oversee financial aspects of contracts, including fee payments, equipment rentals, and income/expenses.
  • Initiate and manage change orders and additional work estimates.
  • Ensure productivity of crafts, efficient material usage, and contractual compliance.
  • Represent Aristeo in project meetings and contribute to labor negotiations and strategy discussions.
  • Establish project objectives, policies, procedures, and performance standards in line with corporate guidelines.
  • Manage job costs effectively.
  • Coordinate subcontractors and lead contractor meetings.
  • Draft and manage subcontracts and change orders.
  • Mentor and develop Project Engineers.
  • Address and resolve issues as they arise.
  • Ensure efficient and complete project closeout, including financial aspects.

Required Skills:

  • Self-motivated with strong leadership capabilities and a keen interest in developing new accounts.
  • Ability to manage all project aspects, including technical, safety, scheduling, cost, and financial responsibilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Primavera, AutoCAD, and Viewpoint software.
  • Experience in the automotive sector is preferred.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and planning skills.

Required Experience:

  • A Bachelor's degree in an Engineering-related field or Construction Management.
  • 7+ years of experience in heavy industrial project management.
