Dispatch/Roadside Specialists play a vital role in assisting clients requiring roadside support by liaising with service providers in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:
  • Efficiently dispatch roadside assistance requests to service providers using various communication methods.
  • Relay essential information to service providers to ensure timely assistance.
  • Handle inbound calls, delivering exceptional service to clients and customers.
  • Make outbound calls to customers when necessary to address logistical concerns or provide updates.
  • Utilize computer systems effectively for tracking, information gathering, and troubleshooting.
  • Escalate service issues, concerns, and complaints as needed.
  • Manage time effectively concerning call metrics, breaks, and lunches.
  • Meet daily and monthly performance targets as outlined in our Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Ensure readiness at your workstation at the start of your shift.
  • Document calls accurately.
  • Track and report excessive costs to the assigned supervisor.
  • Communicate any service delays or work completion delays to your supervisor clearly.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Associate's Degree or High School diploma/GED with at least 1 year of customer service experience preferred but not mandatory.

    • Exhibit a positive attitude towards both internal and external stakeholders.
    • Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Have a working knowledge of Excel, Word, and Outlook.
