About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher. As a key member of our Dispatch/Roadside department, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring timely assistance to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Dispatch roadside assistance requests in a timely manner to service providers using various communication channels.
  • Communicate with service providers to provide pertinent information needed to provide timely assistance.
  • Answer inbound phone calls and provide exceptional customer service to clients and customers.
  • Communicate with customers via outbound calls to provide and/or resolve logistical issues or provide status updates.
  • Effectively use computer systems for tracking, information gathering, and/or troubleshooting.
  • Escalate service issues, concerns, complaints, and incorrectly created calls.
  • Manage time effectively to meet daily and monthly performance objectives as outlined in our Standard Operating Procedure.
  • Ensure calls are properly documented.
  • Track and email excessive costs to assigned supervisors.
  • Clearly communicate service delays or delays in completing work to supervisors.
Requirements
  • Associate's Degree or High School diploma/GED with minimum 1 year customer service experience preferred but not required.
  • Job Competencies:
  • Maintain highest level of confidentiality at all times.
  • Demonstrate a positive attitude with both internal and external members.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Working knowledge of Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Ability to multi-task, follow up, and meet deadlines/goals.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Demonstrate polite and professional demeanor.
  • Proficient with inbound and outbound calls.
  • Understand and operate in accordance with Company Policy and Procedures at all times.
