We are currently seeking a dedicated customer service representative for our Dispatch/Roadside department.

Role Overview: Dispatch/Roadside Specialists play a vital role in assisting clients requiring roadside support by liaising with service providers in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. This position demands the ability to manage multiple situations concurrently, maintain professionalism under pressure, and swiftly analyze circumstances to make informed decisions, all of which are crucial for delivering an outstanding customer service experience.

Responsibilities:
  • Efficiently dispatch roadside assistance requests to service providers through various communication channels.
  • Provide service providers with essential information for timely assistance.
  • Handle inbound calls, delivering exceptional service to clients.
  • Make outbound calls to customers to resolve logistical issues or provide updates.
  • Utilize computer systems for tracking and troubleshooting effectively.
  • Escalate service issues and document calls accurately.
  • Manage time effectively in relation to call metrics and breaks.
  • Meet performance objectives as outlined in our operational procedures.
  • Ensure readiness at the start of each shift.
  • Document calls thoroughly and communicate any service delays to supervisors.
Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or GED with at least 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
