Dispatch/Roadside Specialists play a vital role in assisting clients requiring roadside support by coordinating with service providers in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities:
  • Timely dispatch of roadside assistance requests to service providers through various communication channels.
  • Provide service providers with essential information to ensure prompt assistance.
  • Handle inbound calls, delivering exceptional customer service to clients.
  • Make outbound calls to customers to address logistical issues or provide updates as needed.
  • Utilize computer systems effectively for tracking, information gathering, and troubleshooting.
  • Escalate service issues, concerns, and complaints appropriately.
  • Manage time efficiently concerning call metrics, breaks, and lunches.
  • Achieve daily and monthly performance targets as outlined in our Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Ensure readiness at your workstation at the start of your shift.
  • Document calls accurately.
  • Monitor and report excessive costs to the assigned supervisor.
  • Communicate any service delays or work completion delays to your supervisor.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Associate's Degree or High School diploma/GED with at least 1 year of customer service experience preferred but not mandatory.

    • Exhibit a positive attitude with both internal and external stakeholders.
    • Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Proficient in Excel, Word, and Outlook.
