We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Revenue Operations Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing sales commissions, forecasting, KPIs, and renewals in partnership with Finance and Sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Revenue Management:
- Ensure accurate entry of new and annual renewals in CRM.
- Identify revenue leakage and forecast revenue renewal trends.
- Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success for billing coordination.
- Report on ACV, M&S, training, support, and retention metrics.
- Data and Reporting:
- Turn pipeline data into actionable insights and track sales productivity.
- Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue reports.
- Assist in sales commission calculations and policy improvements.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work with sales, marketing, and other teams on forecasting, renewals, and budgeting.
- Ensure CRM data accuracy (HubSpot), and provide sales support.
- System & Process Improvement:
- Support the implementation of tools for billing, renewals, and reporting.
- Develop process documentation and train end-users.
- Ad-Hoc Financial Support: Conduct analyses to support business initiatives and deliver metrics and dashboards.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related fields.
- Experience:
- 2+ years in sales operations or financial analysis (preferably in SaaS or tech environments).
- Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce.
- Knowledge of accounting principles and revenue recognition standards (ASC 606/IFRS 15).
- Skills:
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel.
- Experience with analytics tools (Tableau/Power BI) is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
