Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Revenue Operations Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing sales commissions, forecasting, KPIs, and renewals in partnership with Finance and Sales.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Revenue Management:
    • Ensure accurate entry of new and annual renewals in CRM.
    • Identify revenue leakage and forecast revenue renewal trends.
    • Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success for billing coordination.
    • Report on ACV, M&S, training, support, and retention metrics.
  • Data and Reporting:
    • Turn pipeline data into actionable insights and track sales productivity.
    • Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue reports.
    • Assist in sales commission calculations and policy improvements.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Work with sales, marketing, and other teams on forecasting, renewals, and budgeting.
    • Ensure CRM data accuracy (HubSpot), and provide sales support.
  • System & Process Improvement:
    • Support the implementation of tools for billing, renewals, and reporting.
    • Develop process documentation and train end-users.
  • Ad-Hoc Financial Support: Conduct analyses to support business initiatives and deliver metrics and dashboards.


Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related fields.
  • Experience:
    • 2+ years in sales operations or financial analysis (preferably in SaaS or tech environments).
    • Familiarity with CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce.
    • Knowledge of accounting principles and revenue recognition standards (ASC 606/IFRS 15).
  • Skills:
    • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel.
    • Experience with analytics tools (Tableau/Power BI) is a plus.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
