Job Summary:

As a Senior Business Operations Manager at MongoDB, you will lead and coordinate cross-functional strategic initiatives to identify and execute opportunities to improve our business. You will partner with our go-to-market teams to develop and implement coherent strategies and business plans. Your strategy and operations experience will be applied to uncover operational issues and drive process improvements. You will conduct ad-hoc analysis in support of cross-functional stakeholders and executive management across all business functions.

Embed yourself with other teams in the company to understand the relevant questions and needs of the business and use that to inform analysis.

Effectively communicate analytical findings to non-technical audiences.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Analyze data through statistical methods to derive business insights and facilitate company decision-making;2. Partner with cross-stakeholders to understand dependencies, collaborate on strategy, and gain alignment for strategic projects and initiatives;3. Process and analyze data via Microsoft Excel;4. Create compelling presentations with Google Slides and Microsoft to share with stakeholders;5. Requirements gathering for translating business requirements to technical logic; and 6. Market research for gathering information about consumers' needs and preferences.

Requirements:
Master's degree or foreign degree equivalent in Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, Business, Economics, Management or related field and two (2) years of experience in the job offered or related role.

Working Conditions:
40 hours/week; $191,000/yr. - $210,000/yr. If offered employment, the applicant must have legal right to work in U.S. EOE.
