Job Title: Sr. Operations Manager

Job Summary:

Amagi is hiring a Senior Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Master Control Room (MCR). The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery of our broadcast and streaming services. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication skills, and a thorough understanding of broadcast and streaming workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the Master Control Operators team in delivering exceptional service to our customers.
  • Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure compliance with Amagi's Service Management processes.
  • Collaborate with other managers to ensure adherence to shift guidelines and service level agreements.
  • Provide service reports to senior management and customers as needed.
  • Represent Amagi at customer meetings and take ownership of assigned tasks.
  • Attend senior leadership meetings to review operational and HR matters.
  • Maintain a secure environment in accordance with Amagi policies.
  • Ensure adherence to Amagi's HR policies.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of management experience in a MCR or NOC environment.
  • 5 years of experience working as a Master Control Operator in a MCR or NOC environment.
  • Strong knowledge of broadcast and streaming workflows and distribution of services via Cloud architecture.
  • Experience of managing live programming.
  • Demonstrable ability to manage teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Bilingual English Spanish is preferred.
