Job Title: Senior Financial Operations Manager

At MGRM Pinnacle, Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Operations Manager to oversee all financial operations, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations. This role demands a thorough understanding of taxation and the ability to lead both internal and external audits.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the preparation and timely submission of budgets, financial reports, and tax filings to regulatory agencies.
  • Prepare monthly financial statements for multiple entities, ensuring accuracy and completeness, including reconciliation of bank statements and cash accounts.
  • Review and reconciliation of all balance sheet accounts.
  • Detailed variance analysis and reporting on significant events.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal tax regulations, including the preparation and filing of all tax documents.
  • Lead internal and external audits, ensuring thorough preparation and clear communication with auditors.
  • Manage the preparation of supporting documentation, including balance sheet schedules, reconciliations, and reports for financial statements, audits, and budgets.
  • Oversee accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and cash disbursements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting systems and procedures.
  • Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency and accuracy.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of all financial transactions and supporting documentation, ensuring compliance with best practices and audit standards.
  • Collaborate closely with senior leadership, providing strategic financial insights to support organizational goals and decision-making.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in accounting or a related field.
  • CPA certification is mandatory.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in accounting, with a focus on taxation, audits, and financial management.
  • Experience with all versions of QuickBooks.
  • Proven leadership skills, with experience in leading audits and ensuring regulatory compliance.
