The Role:

The Product and Engineering organization needs a seasoned expert to help them function at scale. As the Senior Product Operations Manager, you'll establish consistent cross-functional practices and frameworks, execute programs & projects to enable teams to manage their tasks with low friction, and facilitate and aggregate business, customer, and market data & insights.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Develop and maintain strategic cross-functional programs across multiple workstreams and stakeholders
  • Design and optimize ways of working to define and meet deliverable deadlines
  • Create presentations, perform financial analysis, use common project management tools, and provide executive communications
  • Assist teams in setting priorities and leverage data and analytics to manage tradeoffs
  • Define roles and responsibilities, track resource needs, and manage escalations

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience in a consulting, project management, or operations role, preferably at an enterprise SaaS company
  • 4+ years of experience in running complex projects with multiple stakeholders, aggressive schedules, and scarce resources, preferably in a software company
  • A proactive, analytical, and collaborative mindset, coupled with strong communication skills
  • Domain experience in roadmap planning & tracking process, ideally having implemented & led the roadmap & strategy planning process in a comparable software company before
  • A passion for creating and implementing new processes
  • Operational rigor and track record of cross-functional stakeholder project management and execution
