Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Specialist to join our team at Regal Rexnord Corp. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for managing the procurement process, ensuring timely delivery of goods, and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage purchases with domestic and international suppliers to support customer demand and safety stock levels.
  • Evaluate vendor quotations to ensure quality, price, delivery, and service across multiple global locations.
  • Identify and execute inventory optimization initiatives to ensure appropriate levels and accuracy of inventory planning.
  • Expedite and defer goods as required.
  • Act as liaison between customer care, sales, production, engineering, and purchasing teams.
  • Collaborate across functions to improve communication and coordination of supply plan.
  • Lead projects and manage cross-functional teams to achieve desired outcomes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Operations, Supply Chain, or Engineering.
  • 1-3 years of buying or scheduling experience within a manufacturing environment.
  • Demonstrated MRP experience using an integrated ERP system.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
  • Strong skillset in buy/resell product categories.
  • APICS certification preferred.
