Job Overview

We are seeking a part-time Culinary Specialist to join our team, with shifts available from 10am-4pm or 10:30pm-2am, seven days a week.


Key Responsibilities:


• Prepare exceptional food items in accordance with Scene One's standard recipes and guidelines to ensure timely production, delivery, and service.


• Serve meals or prepare them for delivery by adhering to proper portioning, meeting established standards, and ensuring that food is served at the appropriate temperature while being visually appealing and flavorful.


• Maintain a clean kitchen environment post-preparation and serving, upholding high cleanliness standards. Properly store or dispose of leftover food in line with safe food-handling practices.


• Keep refrigerators and storage areas organized and tidy.


• Ensure that food and supply items are stored according to established protocols.


• Assist in the procurement and receipt of all food and supplies as necessary.


• Report any maintenance needs, equipment malfunctions, or incidents to the supervisor promptly.


• Foster positive working relationships with colleagues, customers, and management.


• Adhere to safety protocols while maintaining a clean and secure work environment.


• Carry out additional tasks as assigned.


• Certification in Servsafe food handling or Servsafe Manager's certification is required.
