Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Agent/ Night Audit to join our team at La Quinta Inn & Suites - PDX. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service, managing room reservations, and ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Register guests, make and modify reservations, and handle hotel operator duties
  • Provide attentive, courteous, and efficient service to all guests prior to arrival and throughout their stay
  • Maximize room revenue and occupancy while maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction
  • Process guest payments, handle complaints, and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experience
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent required; College course work in related field helpful
  • Experience in a hotel or related field preferred
  • Positive and upbeat personality with a desire to deliver outstanding customer service
  • Ability to multi-task, be detail-oriented, and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work a varied schedule, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
