Family Support Visit Coordinator

**About This Position:**
As a **Family Support Visit Coordinator**, you will have the opportunity to establish a flexible work schedule, including evenings and weekends, to oversee family interactions in various settings such as client residences, community spaces, or our facilities. The families participating in this initiative have experienced the removal of their children due to concerns related to abuse or neglect. During these monitored interactions, you will employ a trauma-informed approach to deliver engaging parenting skills training, psycho-educational support aimed at strengthening family connections, and real-time guidance and coaching to facilitate the safe and effective reunification of families. You will serve as an advocate for the families, collaborating with caseworkers to set objectives, documenting progress, reporting any issues of suspected abuse or neglect, providing testimony in court when necessary, and offering transportation if required by the referral.
**Benefits of This Role:**
- Competitive compensation starting at $20.25/hour
- An additional $1/hour for exceeding base client service goals
- Flexible working hours with a commitment of 20 or more hours/week

- Employee status, not a contracted position
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a Human Services discipline (Social Work, Psychology, Human Services, Counseling, etc.)
- Previous experience working with children, crisis intervention, conflict resolution, and familiarity with child development and the child welfare system
- Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record, along with valid auto insurance
