Position Summary and Requirements
This is a full-time hybrid position for a Family Law Associate Attorney at AFL. Candidates must possess a J.D. from an accredited law school and hold an active license to practice law in Colorado. We are looking for an associate with 2-4 years of experience in family law. The associate will assist the managing partner with her caseload while managing their own under supervision. A background in litigation of 1-4 years is essential. Strong skills in research, writing, and oral advocacy are required. The attorney must adhere to the Colorado Rules of Professional Conduct and maintain a positive standing within the community. The minimum billable requirement for the associate attorney is 1440 hours annually. This position offers a hybrid work model with the flexibility to work remotely, provided that the attorney effectively manages their caseload and responsibilities. The attorney is also expected to complete 50 hours of pro bono work each year, which will be compensated equivalently to billable hours and will count towards the attorney's billable hour requirements.

Compensation Structure
The compensation for this role is performance-based, with expected earnings ranging from $80,000.00 to $140,000.00+, depending on experience and performance metrics.
