About the Job:
This is a full-time position responsible for assisting with rental equipment, dispatching drivers, managing fleets, and providing exceptional customer service. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities:
• Coordinate rental equipment, including delivery, pick-up, and paperwork
• Assist sales representatives with the rental cycle
• Manage fleet inventory and perform physical inventory checks
• Coordinate demo or sale of rental and used equipment
• Work with credit department for customer credit authorizations
• Collaborate with rental utility/yard technician on equipment check-out and check-in

Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1-2 years of experience in a related field (equipment rental, sales, customer service)
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in various weather conditions
