We're looking for an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Rep-Lite. This role offers a unique blend of administrative support, customer service, and technical expertise.

About the Position

In this role, you'll be responsible for managing office operations, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting our team of technicians and managers. You'll need to be highly organized, able to prioritize tasks effectively, and possess excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Office Operations: Manage office supplies, ensure timely delivery of parts and tools, and coordinate vendor relationships.
  • Customer Service: Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries, delivering exceptional service and resolving issues promptly.
  • Technical Support: Assist technicians and managers with scheduling, record keeping, and equipment maintenance.

Requirements

  • A high school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree or higher preferred).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal.
