We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Program Coordinator to join our team at The Table Community Foundation. As a Program Coordinator, you will play a key role in planning, implementing, and leading recreational activities for students, promoting their learning, self-esteem, health, and wellness. You will be responsible for organizing diverse programs, including sports, crafts, STEM activities, and games in indoor and outdoor settings.

Responsibilities:
  • Plan and implement programs that meet the needs of students and community members.
  • Coordinate with community partners and business owners to schedule instructional classes.
  • Assist in preparing and implementing special events and services.
  • Contribute to the implementation of the sports program by assisting with organization, coordination, and supervision.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in planning and leading recreational activities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people.
  • Knowledge of safety practices and procedures in recreational settings.
  • Flexibility to work in various indoor and outdoor environments.

Salary:$22.00-$25.00 per hour.
Location: Stockton-San Joaquin County.
