Sales Team Lead

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Supervisor to join our team at Alice + Olivia. As a Sales Supervisor, you will play a key role in driving sales growth, providing exceptional customer service, and leading by example on the sales floor.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet sales goals by ensuring that each customer receives outstanding customer service and has a seamless shopping experience.
- Establish and maintain long-lasting relationships with clients, driving repeat business and loyalty.
- Partner with the management team to foster a collaborative and creative work environment, promoting teamwork and innovation.
- Utilize company selling culture and training tools to meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and collections, providing expert knowledge to customers and staff alike.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to brand standards.
- Support the development of staff members, providing coaching and feedback to ensure their success.
- Participate in store operations, including opening and closing procedures, shipments, and daily tasks.
- Remain open to feedback and continuous learning, embracing opportunities for growth and development.
Requirements:
- Previous management experience, preferably in a retail environment.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer service.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move merchandise and fixtures up to 25 pounds, as needed.
- Continuous standing and walking, with the ability to move around the store and be accessible to customers.
