Account Support Specialist

- Communicate effectively with customers via phone, email, and in person.

- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
Requirements:
* 1+ year of customer service experience or similar role.
* High school diploma or GED desired.
* Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Outlook.
